Free Puppetry Performance Workshops September - June

  • 9/7/2016
  • Advocacy

Participants can design their own “life size” puppets - with the assistance of staff, volunteers and family if required. The process involves developing a story, designing and making a puppet and then a final showcase of the puppet to the local community. The puppetry workshops and performance applies the play therapy technique which provides a good opportunity to express yourself.

This program will run for 9 months and there are limited places available. Participants need to be accompanied with their Community Facilitator or other Support Worker and show their commitment throughout the program. We welcome people with a sense of humor and people of all abilities.

Date: Every Wednesday (Except Christmas break for 2 weeks)
Duration: September 2016 to June 2017
